A variation account priced as you go, so change is agreed while everyone still remembers it. Each instruction posts to the register, is scoped, priced before it is built and carried into the account, so the paperwork keeps pace with the work.

Instruction received or issued. The moment a direction arrives I open an entry and confirm it back in the contract's own form, so the register shows what was asked and by whom. Nothing is worked from a corridor word, and the trail starts the day the change does. When the change runs the other way, I draft and issue the instruction in your name, so the same entry opens from whichever side the direction travels.
