How fees are charged
These billing choices apply across Quantity Surveying and Claims & Disputes according to the actual service. Each service page shows its available options.
- Fixed Fee
- A defined one-off scope for an agreed price, however long the work takes, with no monthly commitment.
- Ongoing
- Recurring work, with the billing period and terms agreed in writing.
- Hourly
- Time spent on the agreed work, charged at the agreed hourly rate.
