The calendar below only offers times I am genuinely free, and a booked slot disappears for everyone else. When you book, say which service or problem you are getting in touch about. You will get a confirmation email and a calendar invite straight away, with a link to move or cancel the call if your day changes.
No preparation needed. If the contract's payment terms or any notices are to hand they help, but the point of the call is to find out where things stand.
