Check for gaps monthly, while the month can still be rebuilt

A record system is only as good as the review that catches its gaps in time. Once a month, read the file against what the month should have produced: is the diary continuous, are the photos placed, are labour and plant allocated, are deliveries tied to tickets. A fortnight with an empty diary can still be rebuilt this week from memories and phones; it cannot be rebuilt next year when the argument arrives.
