Attach the evidence to the line it proves

A folder of photographs at the end of an application proves willingness, not progress. Reference each record where it works: the photo beside the plot finished, the delivery ticket beside the materials line, the daywork sheet beside its item. The easier a line is to certify, the more gets certified.
