Source every rate on the page

A rate with its source stated, the contract schedule, a benchmarked dataset, an invoice, costs the other side something to attack; a rate asserted bare costs them nothing. Put the source against the figure at the point of use, not in an appendix nobody opens, and the review meeting starts from your evidence instead of your credibility.
