I'm not using one main builder. I'm managing the trades myself, or using a kit company. Does any of this apply?

Yes, and arguably more. Every service works whichever way you are running the build.

Are you an architect or a designer?

No. I do not design your house and I do not build it. I run the money side: the budget, the quotes, the contract, the payments and the final account.

No. I am a quantity surveyor. What you get is commercial and contractual opinion - what the numbers and the paperwork say - and it is never legal advice.

Not the blame side of it. I deal in costs, not culpability: what the lost time is doing to your money and what the account should say about it.
