Photograph with context, then detail

A close-up of standing water proves there was water somewhere, once. A wide shot placing the area, followed by the detail, taken on a phone that dates and locates it, proves the state of block B on the morning of the handover. Walk the job on a routine, shoot the same positions each time, and get the photos into the project file while the phones still exist.
