I review the quantum position you have built and tell you where the figures will not survive scrutiny, before the other side does. A cold pair of eyes on the numbers, with the findings in writing.
The problem
Every valuation built inside a team inherits the team's assumptions. Rates reasonable in month one stop being questioned by month six, generous quantities survive because nobody remeasures their own work, and the claim goes out carrying figures that feel solid to everyone who built them and to nobody who reads them cold. The other side's review is coming either way, and the only question is whether the weaknesses get found by someone paid to fix them or by someone paid to exploit them.
The solution
I review the valuation the way the opposing surveyor will: each head remeasured on a sample basis, rates traced to source and benchmarked, build-ups tested for double counting and unsupported allowances, and the whole position checked for internal consistency, where one head's assumptions contradict another's. The findings come back in writing, head by head: what stands as built, what needs work and exactly what work, and what is exposed at its current value. Where a figure is sound but its presentation invites attack, I say so too.
What you receive
An independent view of where each figure is well supported and where it is exposed, while there is still time to act. The findings land head by head in a detailed written report: stands, needs work, or exposed, with the reasoning shown and the specific repair named where one is available.
The Handover Pack accompanies the work with its dates and sources, likely outcomes and responses, scope boundaries and ready-to-send correspondence where needed.
Turnaround: ten working days.
The working days start when the agreed scope and required inputs are available. Optional items do not hold the start unless the agreed scope says otherwise.
