Run every subcontract on its own dates

Subcontracts on the same job rarely share a cycle: different order forms, different amendments, different windows. Run them all on one habitual rhythm and somebody's window is quietly missed. Map each account's dates from its own subcontract once and let the diary carry all of them; otherwise you find an unanswered application after its final date, the full sum already due.
