Keep the meetings moving with an agreed running schedule
Accounts stall when each meeting reopens ground the last one settled, so nothing stays closed. Keep one schedule that records what is agreed, what is open and what each side owes before the next meeting, updated at the end of every session and sent round. A schedule that visibly shrinks the open list meeting by meeting carries its own pressure to finish, where an account with no record of progress drifts until someone gives up.
