I find out what the job made when it's over

No live picture, just a final account surprise.

01The month happens
02The report assembled
03The numbers read
04The forecast ahead
05The job's end
You are here: The job has ended and the closing number is a stranger.

What's happening?

The job ran on instinct. Applications went in, wages and invoices went out, the site felt busy and busy felt fine. Then the account closes, and the number that emerges has months of history behind it and no appeal left in it: every point where the job could have been steered, a rate challenged, a variation priced while it was fresh, a loss-making package caught early, expired while nobody was measuring.

The difference between knowing and finding out is a CVR done honestly once a month: cost and value reconciled while the month is still warm, so margin drift shows up as a line movement in week six rather than a verdict at the end. Jobs rarely go wrong in one month; they go wrong slowly, in plain sight of anyone who is looking.

The solution
