Know your right to suspend, and its procedure

If the Notified Sum isn't paid by the Final Date For Payment, the Act gives you the right to suspend some or all of your work (s.112). But the right only arises after written notice of your intention and the required period; suspend without following the procedure and you may be the one in breach.
