Negotiation Matrix
Every contested clause, one line, three positions.
Your position, their position and your fallback on every contested clause, in one view. One row per term under negotiation: what the draft says, what you asked for, what they came back with, your walk-away position and where it stands now, so the negotiation runs from a single sheet instead of a chain of marked-up emails.
What you get

How it works
Positions, not paragraphs
Contract negotiations drift because each round lives in a different document. The matrix keeps every clause's history on one line, so you can see instantly what has been conceded, what is still open, and what each side's last position was.
Priorities made explicit
Each row carries a priority, so when the other side asks for movement you trade a clause you can live with for one you cannot. The sheet makes the trade visible before you make it.
An Excel template with no macros. Only the yellow cells can be edited, the Guide tab explains every step, and it prints on A4. Your contract's terms come first.
