Instructions happen on WhatsApp and die there

The instruction arrives in a thread at 7am, the site gets on with it because that is what good sites do, and the thread scrolls on. Nothing converts the message into a record: no confirmation in the contract's form, no entry in a register, no link to the photos of the work it produced. At the final account the work is visibly there and the instruction is unprovable, and unprovable work is the first thing struck out.

Banning WhatsApp is not the answer; the site runs on its speed. The answer is a route from message to record that is nearly as fast: the instruction captured and confirmed the same day, numbered into the register, and connected to the evidence of the work, as a habit the team actually keeps because it was designed around how they already communicate.
